Following a busy end to the year, with HR consultancy projects around the country, as well as recruitment through search and selection, lots of assessment, and of course our hectic interim team, we're already seeing an increase planned in projects and interims over the next couple of months. Our look into the crystal ball however tells us this is maybe going to be Wea testing year, with the economic and personal implications of Brexit to the fore. Our strategy will be to be as flexible as possible in providing high-level service delivery to clients against this new economic landscape, and will work with both clients and candidates to ensure continuing success.
So far, the expectation of turmoil isn't slowing our need for interim managers or slowing our HR consultancy, and we're servicing a steady stream of new requests for interims, and new clients coming on board for recruitment support, interim management, and HR consultancy.

We're still continuing to update our interim register, asking all our interims to complete a very short questionnaire about their preferences/skills. We've had a really high response rate, with well over half our registered interims completing the questionnaire, and thus helping us to locate and match interims with assignments much more quickly and accurately. We'd urge all our interims to complete this as soon as possible.
